Scope of this Cookie Notice
This Cookie Notice applies solely to the Barbarella Milano institutional website operated by Confezioni Cavalleri di Nozza Fabrizio. It complements the Privacy Notice and transparently describes the cookies and similar technologies used under the website’s current configuration.
It takes account of Article 122 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Italian Authority’s cookie guidelines.

What cookies and tracking technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website may store in a user’s browser and read again during the same session or a later visit. Other technologies — including local storage, pixels, identifiers and scripts — can perform similar functions.
Strictly necessary cookies deliver a requested service, maintain security or remember an essential choice. Non-exempt analytics, advertising and profiling cookies serve additional purposes and, when used, normally require the user’s prior consent.

The check performed on 5 September 2026 detected only the __cf_bm security cookie. The website’s code does not configure analytics, social pixels, advertising or profiling.

Purpose and legal basis
The __cf_bm cookie is used solely to protect the website, distinguish legitimate traffic from automated traffic and maintain service availability. As it is strictly necessary, it may be stored without consent under Article 122 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code. Any related processing of personal data for security purposes is based on the Controller’s legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Why there is no cookie banner
Because the website uses only a strictly necessary technical cookie and does not install profiling tools or non-exempt analytics, the law does not require prior consent or a choice banner. This information is provided through this page, which is always available from the footer.
Before non-exempt analytics, embedded content, pixels or advertising are activated, those tools will be blocked until the user makes a choice and a mechanism will be introduced to accept, refuse and change consent with equal ease.

External services and transfers
Instagram and Facebook buttons and the map link are ordinary links: they do not load resources from those platforms while the user is on this website. Following a link takes the user to an external service, which applies its own notice and may use cookies under its own rules.
Cloudflare’s security service may process technical information through infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. Applicable conditions and safeguards are described in the Transfers section of the Privacy Notice and in the provider’s documentation.

Managing cookies in your browser

Blocking the technical security cookie may trigger additional checks or prevent the website from working correctly.
